I have already have two rhinoplasty and my nose is still not right

Q. I have already have two rhinoplasty and my nose is still not right. The the tip is very flat and has no definition. My first was back in 2006 and my last was at the end of September 2009 so could you tell me if i am suitable for revision rhinoplasty,
